My kids just love walking around...seeing all the displays (like the origami butterfly display over the ice rink). Grabbing a bite to eat at the food court. Shopping at Box Lunch and Hot Topic...and finally watching the skaters from the upper level. Some day we'll probably go skating as well.
Bunch of shops for kids. Good places to eat. Merry go round.
Give them your credit cards and tell them where to meet you later on. You'll get your alone time and they'll get a lesson on credit. It's a win-win!

There is a place to get your kids playing. And an ice ring. Or just walk around!!
