We were there this past Saturday. It was not too crowded. We enjoyed watching the kids on the ice rink, especially the tiny ones who take ice skating lessons. They were so cute & fun to watch. The older ones were more talented.

Yes, it is a multilevel mall with an ice rink. The main store front is built with large store fronts (department store, restaurant, hotel) but you can enter into the mall thru them. There are parking ramps and some surface lots in front of the main store front.

My kids just love walking around...seeing all the displays (like the origami butterfly display over the ice rink). Grabbing a bite to eat at the food court. Shopping at Box Lunch and Hot Topic...and finally watching the skaters from the upper level. Some day we'll probably go skating as well.
