48 hours after purchase. If animal is sick AT TIME of purchase, one would definitely know within 48 hours. In your case it was 3 weeks later that your rabbit came down with the "snuffles" yet we still agreed to treat it at our own cost, because doing the right thing is more important that a policy. Luckily we are a family business and care more about helping out the animals then making a quick buck.
48 hours starting when ...when the sick animal is returned....48 hours after the sick animal is given back no i didnt find out that it was sick till 3wks later i didnt know rabbits dont and arent supose to sneeze..till a friend of mine told me hey she has snuffles.that poor rabbit sneezed her head off from the very 1st nite i know cause i slept in there..your only treating her at your cost so you wont have to give me my money back..doin the right thing would be not make that rabbit suffer...you know she was sick too thats why it was such a good deal....your store is high in price..it was a good deal cause you knew she was sick..come on 2 40.00 rabbits in a cage priced at 150.00..the hey waterbottles for a little over 100.00..seperated from all the other bunnies..come on man...miss me with that helping animals is more important than a quick buck....so whats gonna happen now
