It's a great experience if you want to learn new things. It's also a added benefit if you are wanting to further your education they will pay for it and some school will even pay for your books through their career choice program. There is a lot of things Amazon does that alot of people don't even know about until they get hired on. It's pretty unique although I do wish that they would recognize the hard workers and be able to move up in the company. One downfall though like many other jobs is that communication can be lacking between Floor workers,PAs, AMs and others so getting information can vary depending on who you talk to even ERC individuals don't know some things because rules and regulations change and no one informs others at times. Apart from that I have no other complaints. It's a great place to get hands on experience.

No outbound is awesome, I'm in outbound in pack where u pack the items there's also shipdock in outbound and your on your feet alot so have some comfortable shoes!

At this facility it is a set schedule of 4 10 hr shifts. When we have overtime that does change though. I work in Outbound in the Packing department and we go in from 7:15am-5:45pm.
