it was sick from day 1.....got 2 more weeks to go though to see if my house potty trained rabbit i already had is gonna come down with it quarentine time is 31days....i just hope she dont get it
If that were to happen, we would gladly replace it. However, in your case it was 3 weeks later that your rabbit came down with the "snuffles" yet we still agreed to treat it at our own cost, because doing the right thing is more important than a policy. Luckily we are a family business and care more about helping out the animals then making a quick buck.
