They can valet your car at the front. Other than that I'm not sure about parking.
Valet if not there is a garage under the building and they do validate parking just ask the host/hostess
Yes, the Hotel parking is best. There is a small fee after 6 PM. If I remember correctly, the fee is $10 after 6PM, regardless to how long you visit.
They have parking in the garage at the hotel with hourly charges. Or you can street parking. I recommend just park in the hotel and it was less than 20.00 for about 3.5 hours. It is definitely more convenient and worth it, you wont feel like walking much after you finish your meal.
