Why is it if you waited 2 months for an appointment you were not on time? Other patients show up on time, and want to be seen on time. If every patient is 10 minutes late then the doctor is late! I have been a patient of Dr. Beaufort for more than a year. I loved him so much, I have moved my children to seeing him and most of my friends. But we show up on time!
I'm sorry that this happened. Unfortunately it takes 10-15 minute to get a patient checked in and we do ask you be 15 minutes early for a new patient appointment. We have a clinic policy if you are late to your new patient appointment and 15 minutes late to a follow up appointment we reschedule.
