Disappointing. High Staff turnover. Poor communication all around. Management and staff are not cohesive. The floor staff is grossly under supported by management. The ratio of staff to resident doesn't meet the needs emotionally or physically. There were many times we found tasks on our NSA were not being met. Do not be distracted by the beautiful building. This is/was NOT a Place for Mom. There are many other choices in the Treasure Valley. I would not recommend Veranda.

I’ve had such an enjoyable experience with all of the staff members at Veranda. I witness daily the highest quality care and support for all of the residents. I am so happy to be a part of such a positive environment. This is a challenging time to work in health care, but it’s comforting to know that the staff here are committed to keeping things running as smoothly as possible.

The incompetence of Jesse Hinkle is astounding, no compassion whatsoever, it's a shame they hire staff that lacks basic skills needed for this kind of job. Compassion, care, and competence.
