I'm sorry you feel that. Please know that if our clinic policies are not helpful to you, you are welcome to establish with any clinic.
Why is it if you waited 2 months for an appointment you were not on time? Other patients show up on time, and want to be seen on time. If every patient is 10 minutes late then the doctor is late! I have been a patient of Dr. Beaufort for more than a year. I loved him so much, I have moved my children to seeing him and most of my friends. But we show up on time!
