Yes like every one of said it is indoors and he can be a bit cramped. But if you go during the first few hours, and midweek you'll find the crowds very light.
The butterfly area has walls and an open roof. It can be humid in some areas where they set off sprinklers once in a while.

I agree the place where the butterflies are is humid and a bit cramped when there is a large crowd. But there is also a pond with koi fish.

Not really worth it. Small and you feel like you're a terrorist or something. Seems like they are hanging over your shoulder. The butterflies and moths are beautiful, but the tour can be done very quickly. Was so disappointed.
