Always great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They saved my laptop after I spilled soda on it. Other places didn’t want to help or charged a ridiculous amount just to look at it. They took the time to look at it, figure out what had been damaged and fixed it. Even though I got lucky that my computer wasn’t beyond repair I know they are honest and not just going to try to sell me a new computer if I don’t need it.

Hi Scott, parts are ordered specially for your system via the serial number. Apple requires that we run hardware tests before, during and post repair. Hope this help clarify things. Thank you
Hi Tommy, we do have the battery at our Scottsdale location and except walk-ins before 3. We do take appointments first however those are booked out about a week in advance currently. Let us know if you need anything else. Thank you
