Always busy on the weekends but if you come during the week days it's not so crowded. Everyone who I've crossed paths with that work at KTR have welcomed my children and I with a smile.

New post 8/3/22- went back to KTR today to check it out again. Prices went up but cleanliness went down. Still see that cleaning is not being down. Filthy, floors were sticky. KTR owner- can you please communicate to your staff to clean this place? It's a great place but really needs some cleaning, vacuuming, and washing of the floors. I love the concept of this place and my grandson has so much fun here however this place needs a good cleaning ASAP. There is dirt, dust bunnies and filth along the edges of the play areas. Today we came right at opening and the bathroom was a mess. Also my grandson had dirty/filth stuck to his foor from the play area. We have been coming to KTR 1-2 times a week for a few months and not once have I seen the dirt gone. It has just been accumulating. KTR can you please vacuum and wipe the play areas ASAP?

There is very little supervision on the floor. My child had another child land on her face chipping 3 teeth and causing a nose bleed. Not one staff member saw her walk across the entire facility bleeding let alone help her. The manager said he would review the tape and call me in about 4 days. My children's dentist answered the emergency call today (Sunday) and told me she treats kids with injuries from this facility routinely. There were 7 children involved in a bullying type altercation. 7. Boys and girls. Nasty attitudes coming from the group of 4 doing the bulling. My kids were also on the receiving end of those kids. Though not part of the 7 who were being dealt with as we were leaving. The women's bathroom is filthy. One stall has the toilet seat missing screws posing a safety hazard. Only limited hand soap in one dispenser. Trash can overflowing. I did not allow my child to use those facities they were worse than a gross road trip bathroom! The food/parent area had food and trash left on multiple surfaces. 4 staff members working the snack bar at one point. The benches wobble when someone sits next to you. (It's all family style seating). At a cost of $22.00 per child this place is very poorly managed, filthy and overpriced. If staffing is a problem limit the number of participants.

Great place to take the kid, let him play while I get some work done for a few hrs.
