There no reason to have a tv in restaurant so no sound is a ok
I just called and the person answering the phone said the Vig never plays sounds on the TV. Either someone is breaking protocol or new policy hasn't been communicated. I understand it's not a sports bar, however the establishment is dead when events are not occurring. . Even then it's not that crowded.
This bar is meant for people to chat enjoy one another not listen to the television.

They are not a sports bar, no they do not play TV sound. They are aiming at a different clientele.
