I’d say 4.8 stars. Our server, Noah, was very kind, helpful and attentive. The Zinburger was the best burger I’ve had in a long while. Cooked to medium well perfection. Our Cali burger bowl was great too but burger was well done (we requested Med-well for both) Kids all enjoyed their burgers too. Great place would definitely return.

This was my first time at a Zinburger and I was REALLY IMPRESSED!. Today is Friday and it was packed at 5pm. It's a very attractive restaurant in the fun, upscale and uber trendy Scottsdale Quarter(I was able to snap some exotic sports car shots as well). Even though it was full of customers, the very courteous, professional Manager, Will, who I enjoyed meeting was running the place like a champ. The vibe I got is these people know exactly how to run a great restaurant. I ordered to go and all my food was ready in under 15 minutes, hot and so delicious. My California burger bowl was amazing, perfectly cooked medium rare how I like it-with a very generous helping of luscious avocado. My zucchini fries were also delicious and didn't last long outside my stomach. Spicy wings and chocolate cream pie were also standouts. I really enjoyed the pie with my strong, black early evening Java. Now I can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu and I rarely think that way about a restaurant.

I hate to leave one star but this was my second visit and the burger both times was terrible. The first visit was so over cooked it was more like jerky. This time the burger was cooker perfect but I think they forgot to clean the grill and had a weird taste. I'm not sure why I didn't send it back. I only ate half. I think at that point I couldn't eat anything else and felt weird about asking for a refund after eating half. The milkshake was incredible. Probably best one I ever had and the onion rings also very good but note it comes with BBQ not regular ketchup Service was five star. I had interactions with four servers and they all helped during my stay so I feel bad leaving a one star review. But when you are a burger shop the one thing you have to do is get the $15 burger right. I can go to innout and get a better burger I will say that I have had the burger at the airport and it was incredible so I'm not sure why this location can't get it right. Twice about ten months apart I had a terrible burger. That doesn't seem like a random issue but an ongoing kitchen issue that warrants avoiding this establishment
