Spire 73, the open air bar on the 73rd floor opens most days at 4pm, but noon on Saturdays. There is a cover that varies between $10 and $20, depending on the time. The fee is waived for hotel guests.
Yes you can. The bar by the pool is very nice.
Yes - you can go up to the hotel lobby bar (70th floor), or any of the bar / restaurants above that.
You can go up for free. Only one elevator. I assume the bar opens after 5ish. When we went (lunch time) the bar was closed.
Yes, the lobby has a nice bar. The rooftop view is spectacular too.
