Good question! The only time that you can do that is when something that is not already cooked so Papa Murphy's you definitely can but anything that comes to you already pre-cooked and doesn't have any nutrition value on it you cannot use it

In idaho EBT is for purchas of grocery items to be prepared later. Already cooked or hot foods not eligible. Good question however, does the restaurant sell items such as pizzas to be baked at home?

Am not sure. However cannot recommend this restaurant the first few visits food was accepted however has turned bad food was presented cold and were asked to leave because our party of four was taking to much time and they required our table. Their are better restaurants for dinning and where they respect their customers.
