Love Dr. Jason however the staff and office are not pleasing. Staff could use more training on customer service. Would advise another office with more space and personable staff.

I truly believe our Optical Center could be better with more customer service training. It's adequate at best and that's not ok. Make sure the glasses fit your customers and make it more personable instead of 'get em in and get em out'. Make sure your customers get what they want. I supposed I wasn't so impressed with the service. The girls seemed exceptionally uninterested in being helpful.

I bought my glasses from Costco about a year ago. Recently our puppy got to my glasses next to my bed chewed up both ears as well as the bridge. I thought the glasses were ruined. I took them to Charity in Nampa Costco and they honestly look brand new.

I made back to back appointments for me and 3 kids. I live 2 1/2 hours away, and they called me nine minutes before my appointment to tell me all four were canceled. When I became agitated and explained them I had driven in that far, they explained to me that was just my problem. I went in to the office and they gave me appointments for two of us an hour later, each an hour apart. They went on to explain to me that I should feel bad for their optometrist who had a last-minute emergency. I asked them why it wasn’t possible for people who lived closer to get their appointments canceled instead of canceling mine. It was the worst experience ever. On top of it, they do not take insurance. You pay them and then contact your insurance and get the money personally. They felt that I should’ve been more empathetic towards their doctor, however I found their lack of empathy towards me made it difficult.

No. Generally they take 7-10 days to get your new glasses made. They don't make them in store, so it takes a little longer than your typical LensCrafters, etc. Well worth the wait though, as their quality is top notch and they have a huge selection of frames at really good prices.
Yes they do, however they do say an appointment does save you time and they recommend it.
