It’s always a hassle with the employees when I go here.. whether it’s because they can’t get it right and enter in my correct phone number even though I’ve gave it to them time and time again..to certain employees being condescending, to there ridiculous return policies and employees arguing over them..I am so over this store…it’s convenient because it’s close to my house but I will be making the drive to Sephora!!

Nice employees and a good selection of items. The store didn't have any other customers in it when I entered and it was awkwardly quiet while I was shopping. The employees were eager to assist and pleasant when they greeted me but it felt like I was interrupting a meeting or in the wrong place at the wrong time. Music, work related conversation or even busy work by the employees would have made the visit more comfortable and I would have shopped longer. Instead I purchased the one item I went in for and didn't browse for additional items.

I was looking for an item and couldn't find it so I asked an employee there. She looks at me and goes, "I don't know, do we carry that?" Isn't that why I'm asking you. She was very rude. She didn't seem like she even wanted to help me, a customer. Looked at my husband and said never mind. I won't spend my money at this location. Just rude. How can you have employees like that. As a customer I am asking if you carry something and you ask back do we. 0 stars should be given.
