Has anyone received rapid rehousing services or put on the catch program? If so, what was your estimated wait time and experience with these programs?

That is no longer the case. Once you are reffered to the Catch Rapid ReHousing program, the average wait is 60 days

It really depends on the situation it only took me 3months with this amazing program

Your usually on the wait list for about 6 months. With rapid rehousing they tell you it could be about a year.
