Family swim times are as follows... Fri 6pm - 9pm. Sat 2pm - 7pm. Sun 12pm - 430pm. I belive you can bring your kids to play on the basketball court during these times as well. Please do not bring your kids "anytime" as there are only 3 lanes for adult swimmers to exercise. Thank you, hope this was helpful.
Just about anytime. Just show some basic respect to classes and stuff but the pool is large enough to share.
