Auto zone customers falls in the parking lot on her way into the store and is injured. Paramedics are called per customers request and is taken to the E.R. No fractures thank God. Can a injury claim be filed anyways for injuries? Who is responsible?

Thank you. I'll make a second attempt maybe this time I'll be more agresive. The first time trying to get information on who to contact Auto Zone said they were not responsible for outside the store only inside. I would have to contact that owner. But yet I was Auto Zones customer. So much for providing customers with satisfactory service is how I feel as a ongoing customer. I'll need a lot more love then that before I can give up a star. In pain and Auto zone not feeling it. 😦Why Would You Asune The Person That feel wasn't paying attention? THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. I'm sure a lot of people have tripped over a crack in the ground that couldn't of been prevented. To stay on the topic what happened was the parking slot next to where I parked had cat later sprinkled over oil. Under the cat liter there was a dip in the ground which my shoe caught and sent me on a bellyflaup. Thank you.
