What electric fan? The cooling system, the radiator's, or the air conditioner, fan?
Ebay, Amazon a nice young guy suggest me Ebay instead of Autoparts is cheaper and new if something happens they'll replace it...or Google it..
If they have them probably close to brand new as they have a section for like 2000s and up called the primo section aka the double the other price section but the selection is less than 75 cars total roughly. Try AutoZone or eBay. However you may want to test your fan first with some speaker wire to the plug to the fan and the other end of the speaker wires to the battery if it kicks on its not your fan that car shouldn't have issues that new check with Nissan it might be under warranty still.
