If I come in with my own gear would I not be allowed to play with anyone who has rentals? And same question but what if it’s in a private game for a birthday party and I use my gear and my buddies use rentals would I still be able to use my gear

If it's a private game it doesn't matter if you use what you have. But if you come on a regular weekend and want to play with rentals they will and ask to use a grav fed hopper and chrono to 245fps.

You can use all your own gear. Doesn't matter if you play with the rentals or not. But you do need to use the paintballs from the field. No outside paintballs
