Where in the mall is the Apple Store located? I have some elderly parents who need to visit and I'm not there to help. The store doesn't take calls.

Park at the lot in front of the mall (valencia blvd) Lucille's bbq restaurant... Walk past Lucille's towards Macy's. Then hang a right after Lucille's (don't go into Macy's btw). Walk down past Sephora on the right. The apple store is right after sephora on the right

Well I would suggest you contact the mall to get the location and ask if security could escort them over . I am sure they would be happy to assist.👍
