Azurae is amazing! I have never had quite such a detailed and personal touch when getting a facial. It's very customized to each person, and I felt very cared for. The jelly masks she makes are ahhh--mazing, like literally felt so good. And just the time she spends from massaging each little section of your face, head, neck, shoulders, (and I mean doesn't miss a spot!) right down to the time spent on even the hot towels to cleanse everything off. Everything is such gentle and warm experience and I felt like I was floating the whole time. Azurae herself is also a warm welcoming person and you can tell she cares for her work and her clients. I went for the model facial (which by the way what a cool service/experience) but I will definitely be back because it is so worth it! Helped give my dry overworked skin some much needed hydration. I highly highly recommend.

Beware of the late cancel/no show policy. Hope you read this as they don’t bother to actually mention it when you book. My wife had one facial here which she set up through instagram and it went well. When she finished, she set up a future appointment there in person, was again not told about their cancelation policy since the person helping her, scheduled for her. When she received the appointment reminder, she tried to cancel as there was a family emergency that made life go upside down and was asked for a username and password for her account, an account she never set up and so obviously she couldn’t log into. With those details out there, we found out the hard way that the fee is $130, same full price of the facial. No material was used, no actual labor just “unable to book another client” and that was because of their convoluted system withholding information. Bad business practice. I can’t speak on the work done at this place, just their lack of ethics and communication. We will be as “loud” as we can to inform others of the poor communication.

I have been going to Azurae since June 2021 to got my monthly facials. She is knowledgeable about what products needed for your specific issues. She is accommodating if I need a schedule change, her salon is very inviting and relaxing!! I just started getting my waxing services with Azurae in December, she is very gentle and quick. Before you know it she is done. I look forward to my monthly appointment!!
