I left 2 controllers to get diagnosed and they said that they would call me, but didn't tell me how long it would be. How long do the diagnoses take?

Not sure about controllers but my ps4 was fixed in a day. I would call and see what happened.

It took them around 2 hours. G7 calls you with a detailed diagnosis or if it needs to go out.
