There number doesn’t work. I couldn’t even get in there! It looks like it’s an abandoned business!

My MacBook had the dreaded "spinning beach ball", and I needed my machine fixed right away since I was traveling soon. Mark talked me through the process & he went out and grabbed the new hard drive (solid state, baby!) and I dropped off my machine with him in less than an hour. A couple hours later, and it was like a new machine & I was on my way. I couldn't believe that it was really that easy, lucky for me he had an opening that day, otherwise I would have had to wait a week for the machine as he was booked completely! That could have been a deal breaker for me, but its also a good sign that I chose the right place! I didn't know it at the time, but for some services they have a free pickup / dropoff, so I didn't even have to leave my house after it was repaired, which was nice since I was still packing. Wish I'd have known about that before I drove over to his workshop, which was sort of strange but I guess all that matters was the outcome: I'm a very happy customer and have saved CompuTechs number in my phone. thanks again

Brought my laptop in to be fixed. Marc was very professional and always kept good communication with me throughout the process. Although he could not find the problem, he gave me great advice about how to move on and did not charge me for the work he spent on it. I would recommend him to others who need their devices fixed.

Great experience, they came to me, repaired my machine in 24 hours for a flat fee, parts sold at cheaper than what I could find myself online, exactly what I was looking for. I think its just the one technician, so call ahead: as I said before, he picked up my machine from my house & returned it (included in the flat-rate), but I do believe there this is only within certain distances. Ever spill liquid on your machine & then drop it as well? Well, it was one of those types of days. Great stuff, love supporting local businesses.

Hi Peri - It depends on how your password was saved & what year your machine is. Cost is also dependent on these factors as well. When you start up the machine, is this the firmware password (lock symbol) or does the machine boot up so you can select the User (and need that password)?
Sorry that I missed this - It always depends on what is causing the power issue. If you have replaced the PS, did you verify that it was functional by testing its output? I'd be happy to take a look at it for you for free. Thanks & sorry again!
