Yes, the 95 is a heavier load index. . You can put the 95 in place of the 94, but technically you should not put the 94 in place of the 95.

Looks like 94H can support up to 1477 lbs. The 95H should be 1521 lbs. H rating means can sustain max. Speed of 130 mph. Other than that you should be able to use either tire for your application.
