I thought that the sales lady I worked with ( Ashley Harrison ) was very sweet, and was really awesome, but one of her managers was rather rude and avoided answering questions, by pulling up past sales, he also promised to edit the sales document to getting the 500 dollar deposit back regardless ( which he had promised would happen and wasn't on the sales contract ), not just if it passes inspection through Missouri law ( which, can still, pass cars that have things such as denting or driving/engine ticks ). So if I had decided said car was not what I wanted to go for after it's tuning and fixing up was done ( like if it rode rough ) that I was pretty much screwed on the 500 dollars.

Horrible. They tried to sell my daughter a battery she did not need. Verified battery was good. They wanted $275. They can charge what they want but this is fraud. Will report to Attorney General

I do not appreciate being lied to about my vehicle and I did not appreciate them trying to charge me more for services that cost only half at other places I also didn't appreciate being told that they were the only ones that could do the services on my vehicle when there are plenty of others out there that can do the job So I will be looking for someone else to change my oil and I've already found somebody else to do the services that need to be done to my vehicle for half the price of what they were going to charge me I sent an email like you suggested and of course no response. To make matters worse I had to get tires today 9/22/22. I asked them to check my brakes and lo and behold my back brakes are at two in my front brakes are at three please tell me how within A thousand Miles my brakes have gone from a 6 down to a 2. I wish I could download photos to prove all this but for some reason it's disabled.

We would inspect the oil pan threads in order to make sure they were also in good condition to ensure a proper fit for a replacement plug.
