Not a great experience. We were seated quickly and received our drinks, appetizer and meals for the children (which we asked to come out with apps) but our good experience ended there. We waited over an hour for our food (3 adults), in fact the kids were done with their food and the waitress asked if we needed the check before we even got our food! We ended up getting our food after another 15 minutes, but we boxed it up, paid and left. The food was still good but service and wait times were horrendous.

My husband selected ECW for his Father’s Dinner. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait, although there were many tables open. We waited over ten minutes for the hostess to return. When she did, she sat a party of 2 that just walked in at a 4-seater table. When she passed us, she said “oh I’ll come back and seat you later”. Needless to say, we left. Horrible customer service by your hostess. Thankfully, El Ranchito had spectacular service and sat us immediately. Save your time and just go somewhere else. I tried to contact the manager to make him aware. Out of 10 phone calls, 9 were busy and 1 went yo voicemail.

So-so experience. Went to this restaurant for the first time to try something new. They were busy, but our waitress was to busy tenting the bar customers as usual in places like these. The “drinkers” always get the best service. Food was ok, the app. and entrees came out at the same time and the waitress forgot to give us silverware so we sat for a few minutes waiting on her to get done with the bar to acknowledge that we couldn’t eat. We may try it again, but first impression is not good!

Food was really good. Service was not very good at all. It took our waitress almost 10 minutes to come to our table and get our drink order. She was to busy carrying on a conversation with the people behind us. Then went and cleaned off a table where people had just finished their meal, took the dishes back, then finally came and took our order. This was our first time coming to the restaurant. We wanted try it because it was mine and my wife's anniversary. We will not be back.
