Service was great. They actually messed up my reservation online, and it was last minute before I found out, and I was almost out of hope for my road trip planned. But they managed to get everything worked out and gave me a better vehicle for the trouble at no additional cost. Great people, will use them everytime

Rented a Dodge Grand Caravan for 3 days to travel across a few states. The car had zero issues and handled very stable on the interstate. The interior was spacious and comfortable. Reservation was easy and I could change it as many times as I liked up-to 2 days before pickup. Pickup took a total of 10 minutes and I had the keys. Be aware of a $200 additional deposit fee added to the expected rental price. You get that back after you return the rental. It is listed on the website however I had forgot about it but it was no big deal. They are very lax on keeping the rental for longer than intended. They will simply charge an extra day if you keep it an extra day. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Will definately use again for future vacations and small moves.
