Actually there is a sale every weekend, Friday through Monday. The advertised deals are on the website, but there are also sales not advertised every weekend.
It's more of when they are open to the public, and less of a sale. Don't let the 'sale' fool you, they are nothing but a retail outlet that uses 'overstock' in their name.
