We ordered furniture weeks ago, still don’t have it despite several promises. There is no way to contact anyone here, they do not have customer service.I will never do business with this company again as it has been the worst experience I have ever had. This company has been dishonest, rude and totally unconcerned about my purchase getting to me and the only answer I can get is that there is no answer because they are all different departments and they don’t have the ability to communicate. So I have no idea what is going on with my order, the store refuses to help or answer the phone so currently there is no way to actually get my furniture. Buyer beware, this is not where you go if you actually want furniture all you will accomplish is giving them money

Ishmael was great at helping us find our new bedroom set. He greeted us when we came into the store and we told him we're just looking around we will find you if we have any questions. We found a bedroom set and he answered all of our questions and we purchased it!

Ordered furniture and paid extra for the white glove delivery. The delivery driver said that the order did not show white glove delivery. We told them we wanted them to take the items back until they could come back and do what was paid for. The delivery driver was trying to get free lunch or money in order to set up the furniture (completely unacceptable) Instead they talked my wife into accepting the order with the promise someone would be back the same day to move it. Needless to say they now are not answering or returning my calls and did not show up that day. My white glove delivery looks more like a trash can in my home than the furniture I paid to have set up.

About our Delivery Service during COVID-19: • Our delivery team members are required to follow strict social distancing measures inside your home. We appreciate you doing so as well. • Temperature checks are completed of all drivers and distribution center associates every day. • Sick employees are not allowed to report to work. • We are following recommended sanitizing measures in our DC and in our delivery trucks. • Associates are asked to wash their hands or use hand sanitizers regularly. • All delivery team members will be wearing masks when they approach your home and inside your home. We encourage you to do so too. • We ask that you carefully inspect your new furniture and let us know of any concerns you may have immediately. • Delivery confirmation does not require a signature at this time. • Again, social distancing protocols will be in place throughout our entire delivery process.
No it doesent i think furniture fair or simm home furniture have it .
