We visited the Springdale, OH, location about two weeks ago. We had an amazingly patient salesperson. To finalize the sale, actually went two hours pass closing. He made sure that the items that we purchased, which was two reclining couches, one cooling mattress, two cooling pillows, four throw pillows, and a partridge in a pear tree, just kidding😂! Couldn't resist!😅 was exactly what we wanted. We were extremely appreciative of the service that our salesperson provided. We will definitely visit again. Dr.T

Terrible customer service. We received a bedroom set for which the bed was missing the feet- ONE YEAR and at least a dozen phone calls later, we still don't have feet for it. They say they will fix it, then never follow through. Also, a chair we ordered and waited 6 months for was damaged during delivery, then had to be re-ordered, and we still don't have that a year later either, and no one can give us any kind of estimate for delivery on it. Will never do business with them again. If I could give negative stars, I would.
