It doesn't matter if they're donated. If the food is rotten, they should turn it away right there. They should not accept it for sorting. They're saying *a lot* *to us* by not doing so. How is food supposed to last a person a week,(which is usually how long someone needs until other means kick in.) When the food is mere dsts away from expiration?

Got food this past week & had the same problem. 12 containers of rasberrys were all rotten & runny, squash had black rot all the way through. I appreciate the help but rotten food should not be given out.

I Appreciate the help foodlink provides for those in need at an unbelievable Convient prices. If there are issues regarding spoiled items we must always keep in mind that the items are donated. The best solution, I think is to take more time expediting the product by periodically checking produce throughout the day. Thank foodlink. You are always savior when needed. Oh, all produce is at no cost.
