6/2. We bought Lattes for all of us. However
the cashier wanted to charge $1 for a cup of water. Is that the new rule $1 for a cup of water?

Not that I'm aware. I was there 2 weeks ago and asked for a cup of cold water too and was not charged. Did you want hot water?
