Why are your beignets heavy and hard instead of light and airy like New Orleans and cafe du monde advertises?

I did not experience heavy and hard. Th er y make them fresh at Cafe Beignet In front of you're eyes. We were close to closing of the cafe. O so yummy

When I had them They were light and airy. Not heavy at all.

I worked at this coffee shop and our beignets are by far the best in the city! We don't fry them in heavy oil, so they are healthier and taste better. They don't become hard like Cafe du Monde's beignets, because ours are made fresh right when you order them.

Not hard and heavy, light, airy, delicious.
