The parking in front was a municipal lot that seems to be metered. There was a lot behind that was for museum visitors only that is free
There is a free lot behind The Rockwell for visitors. Parking in neighboring municipal lots is metered 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays, free after 5 pm and on weekends.

Parking was free and plentiful in the lot right across the street from the main entrance on the Sunday we visited. It may be metered on weekdays, not sure.
Parking was free in the lot next to the Rockwell
I bought a combo ticket at the museum of glass. Parked there then walked but they have a shuttle.
Parking lots in front and behind. Or park at Corning and take the shuttle.
There is a parking lot right in front of the Museum. It is free on the weekends but weekdays I think it is metered.
