I wish we lived closer, as I would like to see the rotation. We really enjoyed the diversity of perspectives and styles here.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit. The prices are very reasonable (and they have a deal if you buy a combination ticket to their museum and the Corning Museum of Glass together), and I found the galleries to be well-put-together (there was plenty of space to enjoy each piece from many angles). The collections were interesting, and one space featured art from local high school students. The building itself is also beautiful and well-maintained and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

They take care to provide locally relevant exhibits. The museum is always clean and well kept.

Hi! Yes we absolutely accept debit and credit cards. For debit, you will need to know your pin number. And thank you Alison for mentioning the Combination Ticket - you can visit both museums and save up to 20%

Yes, The Rockwell Museum is handicap accessible! An elevator accesses all levels, and we have a wheelchair available as well for your visit if needed.
This is an art museum. They don't have any rocks.
On website it says yes, but we bought tickets at entrance, on 10/11/20
We host occasional workshops, but we recommend 171 Cedar Arts Center in Corning!
Yes and a Sunday stroll after museum through downtown is really nice.
The parking in front was a municipal lot that seems to be metered. There was a lot behind that was for museum visitors only that is free
It's fully open when I visited last month. I'M not sure what is the current condition. You can call and verify before starting the trip
Hi Jasper - we do actually have a small display of Steuben glass on view right now in celebration of the 150th anniversary of glassblowing in New York State. The remainder of the collection is on permanent loan to Corning Museum of Glass, in a a gallery neighboring The Studio.
Yes, the museum is handicap accessible at all entrances. Plenty of handicap parking available, including side load van parking. The museum has elevators which provide access to all floors and exhibits. Plenty of room to maneuver in all areas of the museum. You won't be disappointed! This is a beautiful gem of a museum!
