OUR NEW COUCH WAS DELIVERED ON 2/2 WITH A WET CUSHION. I WAS TOLD A NEW ONE WAS ORDERED. I CALLED TO GET A STATUS 2/20 I WAS TOLD THE CUSHION HAD COME IN AND I COULD COME OVER AND GET IT OR WAIT UNTIL 2/29 FOR A DELIVERY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

As a locally owned business we strive for excellent customer service with every interaction, and obviously didn't reach our goal in this instance. There are times when our delivery team is booked up due to high demand and we apologize it took so long for your delivery! I've escalated this issue to the manager in charge.

I agree. The company is not like how it was when the old man was running it. What a shame how people get screwed. I have a fancy LG fridge only 14 months old and stopped running. Guy charged me $70.00 for a 30 min service call and told me I need to replace the entire monitor bored which is $230.00 plus Pay him $30.00 to install it. Than told me he prefers a check. SMH. Disgusted with this company. I do not advise anyone buy anything in the appliance department.
