I have contacted 5 times to question a charge on my bill...always promised a reply [from : desk manager, General manager]...never received a reply...At this point I will protest any charges on my credit card until this is resolved. acc't 14546862

For places with the name hotel in it it's hard to find the concierge Bag Boy counter help manager only person you find the chef the kitchen help is always available It could because they're up and running with a fresh start so they could be trying to get everything into place
