Horacio is pretty correct. A parent is definitely easiest, when you come in for the tattoo, the parent would have to stay for the duration of the tattoo, and have the same last name and address. If they are not both the same, please just bring your birth certificate proving they are your parent and you’re good to go! A student Id with you parents id and birth certificate works as well.
