They do, one of the only ones in the city to do so. I took my son.

I believe they will. You will need some documentation like state IDs and a birth certificate for you child. And you may need to stay with your kiddo through the duration of the tattoo.

We are able to tattoo with parental consent at the age of 16. You must provide both the minor and parents picture identification (usually state licenses but minors school id will work) and the minors birth certificate. We can take care of the rest.
