I’ve taken many pets to many different vet clinics, I’ve driven to south OP to Independence and beyond seeking quality care at a reasonable price. I’ve finally found the clinic I’d been searching for. I (and my ancient cat) have received nothing short of fantastic , compassionate care here. Doc has, without a doubt, gone above and beyond to help my old kitty. They genuinely care about your animal..I don’t care about the wait, everyone should be damn thankful that these Dr.’s do what they do for our pets. I don’t care that my other cat will be in a pillow case when I drop him off for his neutering either, if it’s safer for the Doc, then that’s all that matters. ( That cat will be so completely hacked off at losing his manhood, the pillowcase won’t matter, 🤣) I’ve definitely joined the Coronado Fan Club…and I can’t thank them enough.

I brought my cat Mia here who had been losing her hair on her back and had a severe rash that itched horribly and worms. I could not fix any of this so I brought her here to this Vet, Dr Allen, who was wonderful...he cured my cat's problem and now her hair is coming back, no more itching, rash, or worms. I am so happy! Also the price was very reasonable, I will never go anywhere else.

My dog is about 68 pounds I give her two benadryls and then put her in her kennel and cover it with a big blanket

Hello Maria of light You do not have to make an appointment, you arrive and outside on the side of the door, you can grab a number. Some patients are slow to leave, but others leave quickly; While you must wait in your car, above the door is the indicator of the next number. I recommend this hospital, it is a good service and a fair price 👍 👍👍👍👍

Not sure the price but they are the most responsible place I've found. I've been going for 10 years and wont go anywhere else! They will be upfront with you so, I also recommend just giving them a call.
It transfers downstairs when they are in surgery or something like that no worries just call again or visit in person.
Yes, and they are excellent. If it is a very specialized surgery they may refer you to someone, but I think they do all the usual things. He did an excellent job on my cat's paw that was crushed. He doesn't even limp! I would recommend Coronado Animal Hospital very highly to anyone. Also note, they don't plus Sill, in other words they don't try to talk you into doing things for your pet that you didn't come into the office asking for. They are also very competitive with their fees. I haven't found any vet less expensive, or giving any better care.
Kck human society they are really good. They r open on Saturday morning.. Friday till 5pm.
The docs (father & son vets) are friendly, smart, won't insist on expensive tests that aren't really needed and reasonable on prices. I have been taking pets there for years and couldn't be more satisfied.
