Can't hurt to call the vet asap and speak with a tech or the vet themselves. Soreness lasting more than the day or day following seems odd to me but I'm not a vet. Do call one.
I would imagine the cat might be a bit sore from the shots just like we humans tend to be but i think that if it purrrrrrsists ( 😂 )for another day or two you should give the vet a call.
