That's a legal matter. If you want the other owner to pay. I'm sure you would have to deal with it legally. Twin Pines probably just has a bill for your dog. If you get something that states the other person has to pay legally. I'm sure they will pursue the other person for the bill.

Can't hurt to call the vet asap and speak with a tech or the vet themselves. Soreness lasting more than the day or day following seems odd to me but I'm not a vet. Do call one.
