I have never had Cincinnati Chili, though Dixon's is not a tomato based chili they do serve their chili over spaghetti. As stated previously, you can order with extra meat juice & bean broth & of course add other provided seasonings such as tamales, peppered vinegar, chili powder, spicy brown mustard, etc.
I can't say for sure that they serve spaghetti underneath itit's a dry chili and not seasoned you have all the offerings you have to add to it at no additional charge additional charge of course you can season it to your taste
