The clubhouse is completely renovated as of march 2019....you have to put a 200 or 250 (not exactly sure) deposit that you will get back.just have to leave it clean like it was before hand.
The clubhouse is available for events I'm not sure if it costs or not. But I would look into other options as the park is not the most pleasant.
