You can definitely get replacement parts for most refrigerators once you have a model and or part number. If Lowes can't order them for you (may cost more) try ordering online via Amazon. Sometimes appliance repair shops have extra parts too off "dead" units, might be worth a call. Good luck

It would depend on the model of the refrigerator, I'd imagine. And you'd probably have better luck overall finding it online.
Not sure, I have a Frigidaire and I was able to get a inside door shelf on Amazon so I would check on Amazon first
