We're happy with the purchase that we made of a Samsung washing machine, just not happy where we purchased it. Not happy with their customer service at all....on a scale of 1 to 10 1.5. To be able to get delivery, we had to adjust our schedules and this was not a problem, we were expecting this. At 352, the store called and claimed someone he'd refused delivery, which is not at all the case as my wife took day off of work and was there waiting. Person said they would check into it and call back.....but never did. Wife called them at 420, no one would answer the call. They called back at 430 and said " hey, at least I am going to get it you Wednesday.". Are you kidding me? Finally wife got a manager and got the washing machine delivered. No apologies offered as the employee attitudes were of that the were doing us a favor and, and we only got a machine today after having to complain.

It all depends on the time of day and what day of the week it is, mostly it seems that if it is during the slow times or nonweekends the assistance can be better.

Usually any place you go is 19.95 a day for a pickup truck. Plus gas. The bigger the truck the more it may cost. And if you have to travel (like 50 miles away or so) out of the city that you live in, they will charge you for the mileage also.

Yes, they hire normal people.
They dont have any procom wall mount heaters . They have wall mount or floor heaters but none with yellow frames . They also have a floor procom stove that uses wood .
Yes, they have installers that can be hired to install things like doors and carpet. Please call store for exact prices on installation, as I'd only be guessing.
You can definitely get replacement parts for most refrigerators once you have a model and or part number. If Lowes can't order them for you (may cost more) try ordering online via Amazon. Sometimes appliance repair shops have extra parts too off "dead" units, might be worth a call. Good luck
